Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note, we also do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases. However, we will be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit from www.luscent.co if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to hello@luscent.co within 48 hours of arrival.
PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from our website (www.luscent.co).
SALE & LIMITED EDITIONS
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not have shipped, the inventory of orders is auto-processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.
